AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF GETTYSBURG AMENDING CHAPTER 15, PART 2, SECTION 213 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF GETTYSBURG BY ADDING EAST WATER STREET AS A STREET WHERE TRUCKS ARE PROHIBITED.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Gettysburg hereby enacts, adopts and ordains this Ordinance amending Chapter 15, Part 2, Section 213 of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Gettysburg as follows:

SECTION 1: Chapter 15, Part 2, Section 213 shall be amended in order to add East Water Street as a street where trucks are prohibited. Section 213 is amended by adding the following provision:

"§15-213. Trucks Prohibited on Certain Streets/Exceptions.

Street Between

East Water Street Carlisle Street to Fourth Street"

SECTION 2: All remaining provisions of Chapter 15 shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise repealed by any other ordinance. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment.
